Homage to the traditional New Orleans piano blues"Stagger Lee", or as Champion Jack Dupree recorded it "STACK-O-LEE". Features a blue dog playing the part of Stack-o-lee, and Mr. Bingle as Billy Lyons. Set in front of Smitty's Corner bar  in the Bywater.
